  The TaylorMade 2009 Burner Irons were cheap clubs that helped me develop my game over a short period of time. if you want a game improving set for the rest of your life, I would advise to spend more money and take advatage of new technology.

  These irons are as good as TaylorMade's reputation. I had a set of RAC CGBs and they help get the ball up but I could not work the ball as well. With these irons, you can work the ball. Each club has a different look as you address the ball. Some seem thin while others are like the RACs (thicker). The distance is the same, The feel is different - not as solid. Overall, I think these are a better club than the RACs if you want more control.
